Steak 'n Shake

had to wait forever and finally had to go somewhere else.

Over charged us and we didn't realize until we left

The speed of service was awful but, the milkshake was great!

I use to love steak and shake the food is good and easily affordable. But the staff is slow. Words can not express the frustration I feel when I go in there and only see the waiter/ waitress when they take our order, bring the drinks, bring the food, and bring the check. On top of our drinks never being refilled we waited 45 mins for our food. It's not like it was busy, they only had 5 tables occupied. If this was a one time occurrence I wouldn't be so upset but as of the last year this is the norm.

I usually like the food, but it was cold and not well proportioned. Milkshake was half melted.

We were seated and the waitress took our order. She brought our waters out. Four other customers got their orders before us and were seated after us. After about a 45 min wait because I was excepting to wait since it was busy. I went up to the counter to ask about our order. It was never even put in. Another waitress came over took t again. Waited another 20 mins still nothing. The manager came out to explain to us that the order was never put in the second time. We got up and left. We went to old hickery steak house and got excellent service and good food. It was more expensive but wonderful. Another couple was their that had left steal n shake.

Very highly upset over my visit. We waited 20 minutes to be seated when the restaurant didn't have hardly anyone in there. When we were seated we waited 45 more minutes & nobody took our order or drink order so we left. The staff had a really bad attitude.
