The only way it's fast service is if you call the order in way before you get there and that's even for a shake... The food/shakes are great that's why I visit anyway!

We were waited on quickly. The food was great as it always is. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us during our meal. Love Steak 'n Shake!!!
