The lady at the drive thru was rude!! I asked for ketchup she said its n the bag there was only 2 packs I asked for more she gave me 1 pack and slammed the door!

Steak 'n Shake is always a little on the slow side of getting your food out but that just means their quality is better than most fast food restaurants. However, this past experience at Steak 'n Shake, the food was extremely greasy. Almost to the point where I couldn't eat it..

Shake was nothing like the pic. Really sad looking but the taste was still fine.
