Very good food and friendly service. Burnt my mouth on a cinnamon roll that tasted amazing.

The line was very long and slow. And there was no apology , when I got my food , for the long wait

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, but that's how it goes sometimes.

we did have a lot of people in our group, but it took over an hour to get us our shakes

It was an okay visit, lets leave it at that

This location has always been a good pick, must have been an off day today. They were out of what I wanted, and what I got was not done at all. It won't stop me from going back, but I was disappointed.

Terrible service. Waitresses were wailing and yelling in the back to where everyone in the lobby could hear them. Our waitress checking in on us one time after we got our food, and never refilled out waters. we asked for ketchup immediately when our food came out, and never got it. Folks that came in after us were served long before we were. we stood in the line to pay for at least 5 minutes before someone took care of us. during that wait time, we had two managers stare at us, yet not help us. I love steak and shake, but I will never go back to this location.

Extremely slow service. Waited over 45 min for cheeseburger & fries & water. No one ever came back to check on us or offer refill. I told a manager & he did nothing for me
