The drive thru line was long, other than that it was ok.

Horrible experience!!!! Sat in the drive thru for TWENTY minutes with only one car ahead of us so I finally went in to get my order and the woman behind the counter/drive thru was snarly, rude, and just horrible! Her name was Karen and she wasn't a manager but bossing everyone around like she was and blaming everyone else and yelling at other employees like they were trash. Felt very sorry for the boy behind the counter having to deal with so many upset customers (TONS of people were up there complaining and giving their food back). Finally spoke to a manager who told me they were training new people and he apologized and gave us medium drinks instead of small and ensured my order would be quick but I had to wait another 20 min inside for it. Horrible experience and will never go back to that location again. Karen needs to be fired.
