They're always very friendly. I do however think they're a bit overpriced for a burger and fries.

Overpriced for a burger. It bothers me that they don't have combo meals and you have to buy everything separately

my order was made incorrectly, and by the time I got the replacement, the rest of my party was finished and bored. my spouse asked that his burger be cut into 4 prices before his order and the manager was more interested in being right (we don't do that, ever") than just making it right.. he then painfully demonstrated by messily cutting my spouse's burger with a plastic spreading knife. the cashier was wonderfully friendly, and the fries were great. the manager, not so much.
