Food never seems fresh and hot

The steak and shake I go to only half mile from where I live.But I'm going to find a new place.it always take a long time to get your food. They have changed the size of milk shakes much smaller they don't fill the cup it's about 3/4 full. The D Q is about 1 1/2 I will go there. Sorry for this bad review. But I have complain before but nothing changes

Slow service. Gal took money left window didn't return for awhile and my shakes were just sitting there!!!
