No matter how many times I go to Steak 'n Shake, even in different cities forty miles apart, they always seem to have the absolute worst service on the planet. Their food is okay, but it's definitely not worth the hour-long wait.

Restaurant was having issues this evening. Inordinate wait to be seated and for food, food was fine, but wait was annoying and shakes came out after food.
