Steak 'n Shake

I usually love to dine in, but I was upset this visit. the waitress was slow, she acted as if she didn't know what she was doing, it took them a long time to bring our food, very disappointing.

Food is always good fast service

Always pleasant, quick and delicious!

Great quick meal. Always hot and fresh. Great when my kids are asleep in the car and I want something more than the typical drive through.

Food was excellent. Good service. Make sure everything is there in the to go menu. The four dollar menu is a great value!

I frequent the Steak and shake a lot! When I need a boost-I get their snack pack(Burger fries small drink) for $3. I admit there's some variation between the quality of food per visit. Like yesterday's was ; very dry bun overly toasted or old? They have good training of staff for friendliness

Yummy shakes.

Snack pack is a great deal! Meal for $3! Quality varies some per visit-but staff have been trained in last 6-9 months to treat patrons with "It's my pleasure -like a Ritz Carlton or Chic-Fil-A??

The only issue I had was that they missed two of the shakes and when I called to get a refund the manager told me that I could get the shakes on another day but only if she was there.
