All I wanted was a 7x7 They didn't let me get it at the drive thru I could've waited in a parking space Fix it

I ordered my food at the drive through and it took so long for the car line to even move 3 cars that I just left because I didn't have time to wait that long.

It was a Saturday night and they were very understaffed. There weren't even that many people and the food took a while, especially the milk shakes

They stop serving breakfast too early, we left and went next door to get breakfast

I had a horrible experience at the Altamonte springs fl location. We waited at the drive-through window for seven minutes before we got a greeting and we didn't get a receipt with our meals or after paying. Then the order was wrong and when I tried to get the order fixed I was met with attitude. I parked And went inside to get my food fixed where it once again came out wrong and I finally just took the food because I was hungry and left. Bad bad service and it's too bad because I live really close to this restaurant and eat there all the time
