Didnt get my burger

This was the worst Steak and Shake experience I've ever had. Our food was cold, two of our shakes were wrong, and my fries tasted like they dumped the entire salt shaker on them. If I have not had good experiences in the past, I would never be back based on this experience.

This was probably the worst experience at a drive-through I have ever had. The young lady would hand me something and say thank you and then I would have to tell her we didn't have all of our order. That happened three times after waiting a ridiculously long time to get our food. When I opened my garlic steak burger the bun had a thick paste of the powdered garlic seasoning in a huge clump on the top and bottom of the bun. Plus there was so much onion and mustard on the burger it was falling out and oozing out all over everything. My daughter ordered a foot-long hotdog meal and the mustard on her hotdog poured out of the bun and all over her clothes. Honestly there was enough mustard on her one hotdog to easily cover 6 or 7 more hotdogs. My daughter nor I were able to eat our food because it was disgusting. This is a strange thing to complain about but they had jumped so many Oreo cookies in the milkshake my three-year-old granddaughter didn't want it. The amount of waste this restaurant did between the amount of mustard and the amount of Oreo cookies they used in their products was unbelievable.

HORRIBLE. Took 3 times to get the order right. The service was awful. And then when we finally got the food I had to call the customer service number to report such a horrible experience. My hot dog was covered in so much mustard it was not able to be eaten. Same with my moms burger. Just disgusting.

Wait time was unbearable. Woman told me to wait at drive through...it took so long for her to come back on over the mic I parked my car and went inside. Then once I was in, it took 5 +minuets to get a waiter over to take my to go over then over 10 minuets to make a milkshake which should have taken less than 3 minuets. Highly unsatisfied.
