worst Steak n Shake experience ever...restaurant was not clean at all. noticed it stunk like a greasy diner when we walked in. have been to this location tons of times, so I have no clue what was going on. waitress acted as if we inconvenienced her by coming in. After about 30 mins of waiting for our food and some sort of loud noises coming from the kitchen, the waitress came by and said they had people call in and the kitchen screwed up a large parties order and it was going to be a while. then she said "lots of tables were waiting for food" as if that makes it ok? anyway after our order did come, or food was cold. Clearly the kitchen was not the only problem and why would she throw them under the bus? bizarre.
