ordered shake at time of food, but shake didn't arrive until we were almost done eating. Ordered cheese sauce with fries which we were charged for but didn't receive. employees screaming and carrying on. guy in sleeveless shirt in the server area.

Horrible! My friend and I waited fifteen minutes for our shakes which arrived as a melted mess. The cherry limeade my friend also ordered had brown chunks of gunk floating in it. The limeade was replaced with another cherry limeade with less brown chunks. I ordered a chicken salad, but received a salad with chicken and what appeared to be ground beef. It was not a good experience at all. Not going back.

I was very upset with my visit today... First of all on Xmas my husband and son went to steak and shake and my order was ronge. So I call & they tell me they will replace so ok fine no problem. But then today I go & it was HORRIBLE my lettuce and tomato were old my fries were cold my chicken strips were so small... I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED
