Rude and nasty ppl

Waited so long at drive thru menu board but no service at all, too many cars in line couldn't pull up, finally just left without anything.

Bad nasty

Over 40 minutes with no food, server never returned to offer a refill of our drinks. It took 20 minutes before my shake appeared. When I asked for a manager from another worker, our server saw and ran to the back. The manager never apologized and merely gave a discount on the shake. You would think with the level of dissatisfaction we had that we were leaving before receiving our order, he would have at least apologized. The floors look as though they haven't been mopped in a long time with mud smeared across them. It hasn't rained in days to create that type of mess. Also, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap and toilet paper was strewn across the entire area. It is ridiculous for this to happen at an establishment such as this. The table next to ours waited one hour and 35 minutes for their food -- with 4 children. These kids were hungry and bored - a recipe for disaster. What a truly horrible experience. We will never go back.
