We were seated immediately but it took 20 minutes for someone acknowledge us. Then 10 minutes after that for our drink orders and took out food orders. After 20 minutes I was then informed the ticket for our food was never submitted. So all and all it took one hour to get a double cheese steak burger and fries and a kids meal steak burger. Very sad
