Took forever for my shake

The food was good and warm. Our waitress also had a very large party to wait on, so our service was very slow.

Cheese fries. Mmmmm

My waitress was left a little to be desired. I had to stop her to get more water and I had to wait quite some time for her to return. She got my order correct and all the others who ate with me. She was friendly enough and the food was fantastic. But I feel that I shouldn't have needed to prompt her to bring me more to drink and she should have checked on us more often.

Staff didn't understand what got ordered manager was rude and we will not go to the one in Grand Rapids Michigan again

We stood there waiting for a while to be seated when it wasnt busy at all maybe 10 guests in the diner with like 4 waitresses. Took like 15 min to get our waitress. Then we ordered drinks and then food and it kinda took a while for the food too and the fries were kind of cold. Then when we went up to pay at the counter we waited like 10 min for someone to notice us along with another guy infront of us . We had a terrible experience.

hardly any meat in the Grilled steak & cheese sandwich. fries were good
