The service was not good and I was disappointed that side Caesar salads are no longer offered.

Very dissatisfied. Our waiter was sweet but she seemed like she had no idea what was going on. She got my drink order wrong. And no one came for about 5 minutes to sit anyone in the front. Horrible service; probably won't return to dine there again.

We took a video while at red robin to prove the horrible experience! My husband plans on remaining it to corporate and giving them a call on Monday!
