I love Cook Out, their food, drinks, milkshakes, just everything in general usually. This particular night we were there and luckily I didn't have my kids, because there was a group of teenagers(maybe 16-18 yr olds). They were very loud and cussing out loud for other customers to hear them. This disappoints me. I love that I hear Christian music when I come in and there are verses on your cups. I know you can't help what they say but maybe start with no loitering or find some other way to encourage them out when they are finished eating instead of sitting and socializing and having other people's children listening the the F word dropped every few sentences.

Waited 30mins in the drive thru with only three cars ahead of me. My food was cold and tenders rock hard
