Steak 'n Shake

excellent service

Very cold in the restaurant. Food was luke warm and the waitress was practically non existent.

It was ok... Hadnt been in quite awhile...

This was the first time I have gotten a salad at Steak 'n Shake, and I will definitely be getting one again.

I had a good experience , but did have a hard time finding my waitress a couple if times.

It was Christmas and the only place open so I ate here. It was very short staffed so it wasn't the best service but they did the best that they could. The burgers were not good at all, they were dry and cold. I also didn't have a drink for most of my meal. I wasn't able to pay using the app like I would have liked but the manager was nice and gave a small discount for all of the trouble.

The chili was thin and peppery and the toppings on the burger were very poor quality. The shakes were good though. The biggest problem is the speed of service, I have waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru many times here.

I did not make a purchase. Took a co-worker on a lunch break.

Order was wrong fries were cold

Sat for 10 minutes before we got waited on yet they weren't very busy. Specifically asked for food a certain way, reassured it would be that way an wasn't. Asked for onions And rather than bringing them while my food was still warm waited on someone else... The onions were even already on the counter waiting. The fries were cold.
