Steak 'n Shake

The service here is very slow. It took 5 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order, another 5 minutes before I placed my order and then 30 minutes to get my food. Waiting 40 minutes in a drive thru is way too long. They were also out of large chili bowls so I didn't get what I wanted. The shake was also bad because it was barely over half full. It was mostly whipped cream.

We waited a long time before our food arrived. The order was wrong, the service was poor. Overall it was an awful experience.
