Steak 'n Shake

I would always get the peanut butter and banana shake and they told me they no longer have them. I will go elsewhere.

They messed up my friends order so she had them fix it and they messed it up again. The lady that took our order wasn't very nice either.

Staff was not friendly and service was slow

This particular location is very slow and unfriendly. Another Steak 'n Shake location is the opposite.

We were a larger group and no one paid any attention to us when we arrived. They didn't even say we will be with you in a moment or anything. Nothing to acknowledge our presence. When we finally got seated. Our waitress was very sweet. I really enjoyed her service.

Food taste like it was cooked in old oil

I used the drive thru on this visit and it was a waste of time. I was waiting for too long and and when I finally got to the speaker they asked to to wait. AGAIN!!! All I was ordering was a small milkshake! And I had a sleeping child in the car or else I would have gone inside to give them a piece of my mind. So after I ordered I just got sick of waiting so I left. Every experience at this particular location is terrible. I purposely avoid this one. I have to drive across town to go to the better serviced one.
