Dining room was extremely dirty and made me not want to eat there again. Staff never asked me if I needed a refill until we left. Not the best experience

Good value for dinner style atmosphere & food. It was about 10pm. I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet & seat me. At the end of my meal I waited 5 minutes did not see my server so I went to the counter and waited 2 more minutes to pay for my meal.
