It took 15 minutes at the window til we got our food. Which was okay because I thought it was because of my special order, getting onions on the side of my sandwich. But then they didn't even get the order right. And normally I would expect after that kind of wait they would've offered a small something extra but I guess that was Arby's that's done that before
