There was a dead fly in my tea. Flies flying around us while we sat. Floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. It took forever to get our food. Tables came ate and left before we got our food. Food tasted decent but won't go back. Very unclean.

Set in a line that didn't move for over 5 minutes to get milk shakes and left before ordering because it would take me 20 min to get them

It all started at door! Only 3 tables in restaurant had people we were only ones waiting. Ignored. Waiting . Ignored. .... Sat ourselves. WIted. Ignored. ..... Finally , Harry came over. I asked about a hotdog for my 8 yr old. He the said I should have picked up a child's menu from under. Under what? I asked. He sAid you sat yourselves your problem. Very hateful . I like a dummy stayed. I looked for someone else and only saw a man cooking. So did not talk to a manager. I hoped I would get survey! Thanks! The steak and shake was in Carmel, In. On Carmel dr.
