Steak 'n Shake

Good food and service. No complaints.

The fries seemed really old which was strange because it was 2pm on a Tuesday and they therefore weren't busy. It's possible they were trying to get rid of old fries so as not to have to throw them away, but they really weren't the best. Everything else was wonderful.

They don't seem to be able to listen well

We waited in the drive thru for a very long time and we were the only car. When we got our food all of the cheese cups were missing for cheese fries. I had to wait inside for a long time for service and the missing items. The fries were not fresh at all and were very hard. We visit Steak N Shake often but this visit was terrible.

My hamburger was so burnt hard around the edge !??
