Okay food

Service was very slow. Slower than usual. Food wasn't as good as it usually is.

I really enjoy ordering from Steak 'n Shake because the food usually tastes really good and my order is usually correct. Unfortunately my last visit was not the same. My wait was extremely long for 1 shake and 1 burger. Also when I did get my order my milk shake was clump/icy and the staff didn't give me the right milk shake so I ended up not drinking/eating it. This visit was a true disappointment.

Was put on hold by the attendant. Sat for 10 minutes before calling to see if they were still there. No apology. They just forgot about me.
