It appeared to be only one employee. I was told via drive thru that she would get to me when she could, I was ready to pull away 5 minutes later when I heard her ask for my order. My mistake I ordered only to wait another 15 minutes at drive thru window only to just get my shake before I has to leave

I brought my Vball team for a post game meal. The milkshakes were delicious & made in a timely manner. We waited a long time for our food & the staff seemed overwhelmed as if they hadn't had a large group before. They were very friendly but by the time we got our food & were on the bus the fries were all very cold & we drank our milkshakes while we waited for the food. I was able to feed the girls & the milkshakes alone were worth it but I wasn't very pleased with the speed of service & there was no sense of urgency. Also had to request drinks & side items missed at the end. I had never taken the team to a steak & shake & might not be the best choice moving forward since we were looking for a quicker stop. Again staff was friendly it was just as if they were very overwhelmed dealing w a larger order.

We were there for 30 minutes before we even got drinks. They were understaffed and did not have experienced people cooking the food.

Highly disappointed! I hope Steak and Shake sees this review. The store on Fields Eartel Cincinnati has rude employees who would not give 6 customers the time of day when we wanted to pay. I asked if someone was running the register and was told that we would have to wait a few minutes. This was after a 5 minute wait. I would be happy to discuss this further with a representative.

My food came out wrong when sent back cook said when I get around to it then other cook was giving me death stares at that point I told the manager I would not be eating any food those cooks make was worried they would do something to the food manager said ok went back to the kitchen told them not to make it and didn't even offer to fix the situation I left there without eating dinner worst ever restaurant experience I have ever had.
