Not a very friendly staff. We were told to park in the waiting spot. There was also a dead bird in the parking spot that was starting to decompose and smell

Steak and shake has the best milkshakes over any other place. The main issue is that the service is incredibly slow. The location I went to made the wrong milkshake and had to make a new one. It took 15 minutes to make a new one. They did the same thing to the people behind us.

Sometimes the employees seem incompetent ,none the less I still enjoy the food

My experience at steak and shake was terrible and i will never return to that location ever again.
