Quick service / good was ok but not great

Slow seevice

our food was cold, half of the order was wrong they other half was missing

Burgers were great, but fries were luke warm. Waitress only checked on us once. She wasn't friendly at all and only seemed concerned with cleaning tables. They weren't busy at all, but the food took a long time to be served.

It was Friday night so we understand it was busy. It took forever to be seated which is understandable. It took forever for our server to come to our table to great us and get our drink order(9mins) I don't mind waiting and I know it is busy, but acknowledge us and let us know you see us. It was very cold in the store(we sat under a vent so we can feel the cold air blowing) the temp outside was 36. I shouldn't have to dine with my jacket on and my child shouldn't have to wear her hat and gloves. When our food finally came out my French fries were cold and Frisco melt luke warm. My daughters mini corn dog hard as brick and cold in the middle. We love steak and shake and usually have excellent time and experience. Unfortunately this night not so much.

Needs faster service

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two burgers..fries were cold also

slow order wrong

Employees working at the counter didn't see our order through. Someone else had to finish it and messed up our drinks.

Food was cold not fresh at all!! Waitress was slow and telling way to personal stuff
