Good service but a burger ordered was pictured with lettuce and tomato but it did not come with lettuce and tomato. They also did not put cheese on my burger as I asked.

They have no idea how to keep chili hot it baffles me. No matter how many times I go I always have to send the chili back to be reheated. Which them my other good comes and then is cold :(

Service is always terrible at this location. I question my choice to pick Steak and Shake, but I guess the food keeps me coming back

Waited about 20 minutes for our food, it was cold when we received it, and the server never returned to the table.
