Steak 'n Shake

Fries were not fresh, tea was not sweet, services was slow

The bathrooms were horribly filthy. My 4 year old & 2 year old even mentioned how nasty they were. The service was awful as well. Food tasted great but they had no idea what an allergy menu was. Then we got half our order about 10 min before the rest of our food cMe out.

slow service and had to repeat order at the window. We also ordered medium sized drinks and received small.

We were in drive thru line for at least half hour and never made it to window

I went though the drive thru and it me and another car and it toke 10 minutes just to pay for my food. The customer me I front of me just got two ice creams and by time I got my food it was completely cold . I was very disappointed
