We placed our order of two shakes in he drive through and pulled around as instructed. There was one car ahead of us. We waited behind this car for about 15 minutes before we were able to get our milkshakes. By the time we received our shakes, they were melted. The staff member apologized and handled it well. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry so it really didn't matter. But, we were wondering why we were forced to wait for two items when the larger order could easily have waited away from the window.
