Food was good, employees seemed a little rushed and took my questions as orders so I ended up with raw onions on my sandwich because it was too late to worry about correcting them

Service sucks waited 45 minutes for one shake. Horrible locations. Will go to a different one.

Slow service and cold food. They were not busy either.

We love stopping at steak and shake for a milk shake however it's almost not worth it when you have to sit at the drive through for thirty minutes. It's even worse if you decide to go inside and eat.

Cold food, took 35 minutes to get food.

They left one of my items out and I didn't realize it until I got home. I looked at my receipt and I was charged for it.
