Steak 'n Shake

Staff is awful. The girl behind the counter was too busy flirting with a customer to even look up and greet is when we walked in.

The meat was non existent on burgers. It was pathetic

It took forever to get our food, our food orders were messed up but the staff was quick to get it corrected and was very polite and courteous. Previous positive experiences at this location, maybe they were just out of rhythm or something

We had a pretty long wait time after being seated. Two of the orders were wrong. Kept smelling a horrid smell.. A rotten smell. Not sure where that was coming from. Nice waitress though

Not the greatest customer service. They took such a long time to bring our drinks and food

Very unhappy. Drive thru took over 30 minutes. Will not visit this location again.

The location was severely understaffed. There was a 1 hour wait for any food items. I finally was able to place my order but had to leave long before they started working on it.

This is the second time we have went to the one by the grapevine mills mall and have had the worse service ever. Kids wanted a milk shake and could not get the server to come back to our table. Ended up giving up and leaving.

Horrible experience. First of all I waited at the menu to order for at least 5 minutes with no response during that time I saw two pretty big rats running around. I was like whatever I'm sure a lot of places have rats and I really wanted a milkshake. I decide to just drive to the window because I thought the box was broken I get there and explain that no one took my order at in line so she took my order which was just a vanilla shake. She disappeared for another 5 minutes and came back and I drove off and realized she had given me chocolate. I understand that things happen and people have bad nights, but I'm not likely to go back to that location. I seriously wasted 10-15 minutes on the wrong order which I didn't even end up eating.
