Went to sw steak the food was good ther service very disappointing . Simple thing like trying to get hot coffee and it was ice cold . The waiter didn't show any concern and there wasn't even an apologize for the cold coffee

Was playing slots in casino and was approached by at least 6 people asking if I wanted a Red Card. I didn't go In there to be bothered by sales people and won't be back

The worse hotel Iv ever stayed at. I paid a lot of money to stay at a very nice hotel, I got treated horrible. The staff was rude and not willing to help. They made me feel like I was not good enuf to stay there.
