Steak and Shake has a lot of room For improvement.

We got dessert, it was good. Terrible service though!

I always order the cheesy cheddar burger because I like all the cheese but there was hardly any on it and our fries were soggy. Overpriced too

Many dirty tables with idle servers. Good food and service though.

Terrible service. Order was wrong. Couldn't get food. No silverware.

This was the worst service I think I've ever experienced. Our food was cold and my order came out wrong twice.
