Steak 'n Shake

it wasn't that busy but I waited in the drive thru over 15 minutes

Love the food but the floor is always so dirty

Good Customer Service

I can in on my lunch for the all you can eat pancakes. It took them over 20 mins to bring me my order. Because they only had one server and when they did bring it they never asked me if I wanted anymore or checked on me. My reason for coming was for the pancakes had they asked I would have ordered some more and purchased a drink since their water was nasty. Hopeful the next time I'm at work and craving some cakes I will have a better experience.

There food is not as good as it use to be

The food is good but every Steak 'n Shake I visit the service takes too long to receive food.

I thought the kids would at least get a prize in their kids meal. The drive thru person was not very friendly.
