cold food yet again. horrible at lunch time. done with them for a long while

I will never return to steak and shake. I waited 1 hour in the drive thru only to be expected to pay full price for lousy food. Several excuses from computer trouble to just busy. Poor way to run a business. 5 thumbs down

25 minutes in drive thru for 2 shooters, and they were cold when I got um. unreal

It took over 20 mins to get my food and when I got it it was cold like it had been sitting there for at least 20 mins. There were things on my steak burger I asked not to have and things I asked for that wasn't on there. Very irritated with how bad Steak 'n Shake always is. I thought I'd give it another shot but it was a fail. I'll probably never go back.
