Steak 'n Shake

Paid a fortune for a milkshake and was given the wrong one. Took so long to get our food, and we had already tasted them; so the 2 of us just kept the wrong ones. Not enjoyable. Very slow service. Waiter not friendly. Waiter didn't separate checks even thought I asked him in advance. When it arrived all together he said he couldn't separate them. Should have told me when I asked initially. When I went to the register to pay I told the cashier I'd like to pay for 6 of the 15. She said "oh, let me just separate them all ... It's just so much easier that way." If this was possible, and she offered to do it without asking, why did our waiter tell us he couldn't do it? We ordered a lot of milkshakes. Added a huge amount to out bill but wasn't really worth it. Would like to see them be a bit less pricey. There are many things on the menu that's family likes. Hate to be so negative with this review. It seems that any time we have a large group the service is poor.

My food was cold. My fries were not done. The woman working the window was rude. I will not be back for awhile unless I have 20 mins to waste.

We actually did not stay in the drive thru line because the service was very slow with 5 cars ahead of us.

I ordered my food an the guy was very nice, I waited forever on my food. An my fries wasn't done all the way an my cheese on my burger had fallen out in to my burger holder an it wasn't fully closed an there fore the cheese an grease leaked into my bag an onto the seat of car. I only choose to eat there cause I work close but next time I will drive someplace else

The absolute worst service and food I've ever encountered.

waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes the person at drive thru was more concerned about having conversation with staff then my business and communicate why it taking so long.. fries were cold and sandwich was cold probably would never be back

Crapy rude and nasty

the waitress was rude. she only came by to bring us the food and drop off the total did not offer refills. as soon as we got our food we got our ticket.

Waited in drive through line for 45 min after that we left Bc it was so slow didn't even get food after we waited that long... Slow service
