Shake was not very good

We came to this SNS to eat dinner. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. We were waiting to be seated for about 10-15 minutes and weren't even acknowledged. The line to pay was backing up quickly and another patron told us if we wanted our order right or we wanted good service, we better go elsewhere. Because we had been watching frustrated customers while waiting on a table, we decided to eat somewhere else.

Service was none existent. Took 16 min to get drinks and we had to ask for them. Never saw our waitress after she took our drink order.

Messed up my order and had to get back in line after waiting awhile to get my food to begin with.

Drive through was even slower than usual. We had to order through three different people, each time we ordered the person would disappear without saying anything, then a second worker would ask for our order over the speaker...we would then have to start over.
