Steak 'n Shake

Love everything about steak and shake

It was so quick and I love the chocolate banana shake!!

They asked me how long it would take me to get there when I ordered online. I told them ten mins... I got there in exactly 10 mins... They hadn't even started making my order. I waited an extra 15-20mins to get my food.

Slow Service!

Milkshake was very watery.

With no one else in the restaurant the service was still incredibly slow.

Burger had no flavor, iced tea was super sweet.

Fries was cold and hard. Burger was minuscule...massive amounts of pickles and ketchup. No cheese. Had driven away already so I just scraped off the nasties and ate the bread. Very disappointed. I go there at Least once a week but won't be back. My money will be welcome anywhere
