The speed of service and friendliness left A LOT TO desire. They were non attentive. We waited for an hour for our food to arrive let alone we waited for about 15 minutes before anyone approached our table to take our order. No one asked how we were at any point throughout our dinner. The tables around us got seated and attented to much more efficient than we were.

Slowest Drive thru service I have ever experienced. They need to know when to park and order .

It was terrible!! The ice tea was old . The waitress took forever . I asked to change the tea to diet coke and she gave me regular. We had to ask for silverware. I could go on .. It was awful. They weren't even very busy.

Slow and gross! I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of me that ordered very little food also!

45 minutes after I was sat and I didn't even have a glass of water. It was at night and there were 13 people working and only 5 tables being waited. I do not understand why service was ridiculously slow.
