Steak 'n Shake

Staff was very friendly and helpful despite the fact they were under staffed. The food did not come out quickly and they were out of specific items.

Delicious food.

Coke zero is sometimes not any good at the ofallon location.

I was disappointed with the server. The floors in the restaurant was slippery as if the floor was wet but the floor was dry. The ladies room was horrible.

This steak and shake is always so slow and they mess up my girlfriend's order every time we come here!! I love steak and shake but this location is horrible!
