Good experience. Was a little disappointed when i ordered my frisco melt that it wasn't cut in half. Driving and trying to split my sandwich was kinda ridiculous.

Drive thru service is really slow, almost made me late for working sitting in line for 15-20min. They ended up ringing up my order for $7 more than what I was supposed to be charged but they were really nice and quickly fixed it. Love Steak 'n Shake but always end up sitting in the drive thru line for a while.

Never can get my milkshake fast enough. Takes some time every time I visit.
