Great service but didn't get our shakes until the end of the meal. Asked to get them first but they just took forever to make them.

Very yummy. Customer service could have been way better. Wish there was a steak and shake in Clinton Iowa!!!!! Everyone here wants one so bad. Every time there is a new building being built the rumor mill starts that it is a steak and shake and people get all excited!!!

Good value for the food. The server forgot to bring our shakes until after our food had been at our table for a while and I reminded her about them.

We were greeted quickly. We asked for a table and were taken to a table where the sun was shining in. We asked to be at a table where sun was not shining in on it. We were told we would need to wait a few minutes while a table was cleaned. There were two tables for 2 ready to be used. We wondered... Within a few minutes we were seated and our order taken. Food arrived shortly and was as ordered. We needed additional napkins but had a bit of a time getting someone's attention to help us. Overall, we were satisfied!
