Steak 'n Shake

First visit to this restaurant. Went because my son eats here frequently with his friends and he loves it. I ordered biscuits and gravy and eggs. I didn't care for their sausage gravy, which was hardly warm and the eggs were over cooked. It was a pretty long wait for such a simple order and only 3 other people in the place. Not impressed.

Great food slow & unfriendly service!

Poor custoner service. Had to wait 10 minutes ti be seated and she didnt even come up to us but hollared from a table of people she was helping. Very poor customer service!!

Lots of options for reasonable prices. This was our first stop for breakfast and the prices were higher than I expected.

Service was just okay. Employees were very loud behind the serving counter. Slightly inappropriate for a family setting. Asked two different waitstaff four to go cups. Finally left without them.

Every time I come to this Steak 'n Shake my order is incorrect. Please fix the microphone so that the associates can accurately hear the order or make sure someone is checking the order before it is given to customer.

Food was great. Service was super slow and rude!
