Steak 'n Shake

Loved the peppermint holiday shake I got. Was super yummy. Not happy with the 1 napkin in the bag. Got chili cheese fries and 2 shakes. 1 napkin is not enough, especially when there is icecream on the cup as they hand it to you.

Nice dinner with my parents. Had chicken melt but left feeling hungry...

Our waitress wasn't very friendly but she did bring us the items that we asked for. She didn't smile and she was not very personable.

My grilled chicken sandwich was very tough and rubbery.

The sandwich was under toasted. The fries were undercooked. The waitress brought my food in a timely manner but never checked on me again. As a matter of fact I saw her leave the building!!! No one checked on me at all.

Food and beverage were great. Service was terrible!
