nice place... ordered burger with fried egg on it...didn't know it was medium.. instead I sent it back and got a well done fried egg. that what the steak and shake does in my hometown..

Got a cookie dough shake. It was horrible. Line in drive thru took forever. Workers were nice.

The employee at the drive thru was so rude and very unhelpful! He acted as though I was inconveniencing him! Disappointed in my visit for sure. (Location off of Plainfield exit 66- 6:15 AM on 7-16-15)
