Steak 'n Shake

We sat in the drive-thru after ordering for 30 minutes. When we got to the window, they took our money and then we sat and waited for 10 more minutes before thy gave us our food but not our drinks. We had to wait longer for our drinks. Our food was cold also. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered a salad that had "Apple" in the name but there were no apples on it!! The wait was ridiculous and it is overpriced for the size of the salad. Very disappointing!!

Servers were allvery negative and complaining outloud and several guests overheard. our server was complaining about another guest changing an itemon their order and the guest overheard and told her very loudly how rude she was...and left. It was very bad experience

Horrible service. The food was cold and the waiter never came to check on us again after we got the food. She didn't refill any of our drinks. Horrible service. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
