Normally I don't mind waiting longer for fresh food....Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru and when I finally got food it was cold! Very unhappy with service and food! Probably will not return for a while!

Food was sloppily prepared. Speed of service in the drive-thru was extremely slow. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the cashier in the drive-thru.

Terrible experience. Long wait in the drive thru and person taking my order was new or something. I had to repeat my order twice and then they STILL got my order wrong. I ended up overpaying (didn't get my happy hour discount for my iced tea) and didn't even get what I ordered. Fries were supposed to have seasoning I paid extra for and didn't. Asked for extra pickles on my burger and instead there was a big pile of them wrapped separately in paper. Ughhhh. I won't be back.

it took an hour and a half for a milk shake... HORRIBLE SERVICE

Understaffed and our food sat so long before we got it, our shakes were melted by the time we got them. Terrible service!
